My career in fashion began long before Style Translator existed.
I’ve loved fashion for as long as I can remember, and before becoming a professional stylist, I spent almost a decade working across fashion retail and digital marketing. Those experiences gave me an understanding of the industry from different perspectives, from helping customers find clothes they loved to learning how fashion brands communicate with their audiences.
In 2019, I decided to bring everything I’d learned together and enrolled in the Masters of Professional Styling at Australian Style Institute. That’s where I discovered how to turn my passion for fashion into something much more meaningful: helping people understand their personal style and feel confident expressing themselves through what they wear.
My journey with the Australian Style Institute didn’t end when I graduated. I later returned to ASI in a professional capacity, taking on the role of Student Development Coordinator, where I support and mentor aspiring stylists as they work towards building their own careers in fashion.
It’s been incredibly rewarding to go from being a student myself to helping others navigate the same journey, and it’s strengthened my passion for making styling knowledge accessible, practical and empowering.
In the years since, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients, creatives and brands, and even received an award along the way.
Born and raised in Brazil, I’ve called Melbourne home for most of my life now, and my multicultural background is an important part of who I am. I love connecting with people from different backgrounds, and I’m proud to offer my personal styling and colour analysis services in both English and Portuguese.
While I really enjoy the creativity and excitement of the commercial styling, personal styling will always be the closest to my heart. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping someone rediscover their wardrobe, experiment with their style and see themselves in a whole new light.
For me, fashion should be fun, expressive and accessible. I want to contribute to an industry that celebrates individuality rather than making people feel they need to change who they are to belong.
Personal Styling and Colour Analysis in Melbourne
As a Melbourne personal stylist and colour analyst, I work with clients who want to feel more confident in their clothing choices without losing what makes their style uniquely theirs.
Whether we’re rediscovering forgotten pieces during a Wardrobe Edit, creating new outfit combinations or exploring your best colours through a Colour Analysis, my approach is always personal, practical and educational.
In 2022, I returned to Brazil to study colour analysis with renowned stylists Thais Farage and Fefe Resende, and I’ve continued expanding my knowledge of colour theory and seasonal analysis ever since, including through another course with Studio Immagine.
One of the things I love teaching my clients is that discovering your colour palette doesn’t mean saying goodbye to every colour outside it. Instead, I’ll show you how to make informed choices and keep wearing the colours you love. After all, personal style should give you more freedom, not more rules.
Editorial, Commercial and Runway Styling
Alongside my personal styling work, I also collaborate with fashion brands, photographers and creative teams on editorial photoshoots, commercial campaigns and runway productions.
My editorial styling experience includes projects featuring designers and brands such as Paolo Sebastian, Innika Choo, Godwin Charli, Novo Shoes and Lady Petrova, with work published in Vigour Magazine and The Lane.
I’ve also worked backstage at events including the Melbourne Fashion Festival, Australian Academy of Modelling shows and Melbourne Fringe Festival productions.
On the commercial side, I’ve had the pleasure of working with brands including Forever New, Witchery, Myer and Feather & Noise, providing styling expertise and personalised customer experiences.
I also love sharing my knowledge through styling workshops, education and brand training, helping others understand not just what works, but why it works.
